DIRECTIONS After using Toning Blue Shampoo, apply to wet hair from mid-shaft to ends in a zigzag direction gently massage product on hair while focusing on mid-lengths to ends. Comb through for even distribution. Avoid scalp area and leave on for a few minutes depending on desired neutralization. Rinse out completely.
