Orders are packed and shipped Monday-Friday only. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours from the order date. Orders placed on the weekend and select holidays are processed on the next business day. If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, your order processing may be delayed an additional 2 business days.

If you're not happy with your Hairevolution order get in touch with us within five days of receiving the item and we'll either organize a replacement, provide you with a store credit or give you your money back. It's your choice. No refunds, returns or exchanges will be allowed after five days of receiving the item.  Shipping Errors or Damage                                                                                        If you are dissatisfied with your purchase due to a shipping error, missing item or damage, due to shipping you may qualify for a return or exchange under Hairevolution Return Policy, Hairevolution may offer to pick up your return. Please email us at sales@heproducts.com within five days of receiving the item to report the error or damage.

Securely pack your merchandise in a box or envelope of your choice (you may also use the original package if possible). Please note you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
